The Beaty Biodiversity Museum is thrilled to celebrate our tenth year of being open to the public!
We would love to see you in person, so as our birthday present to you, we welcome you to visit by donation between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Friday, October 16, 2020. Thank you to each and every member, donor, visitor, volunteer, friend, staff, and family member of the museum for supporting us these past ten years.
Please book your timed-ticket online. Your tickets will be free, and you can choose to add a donation on our ticket site or when you visit in person.
Visit our calendar for our Raising Big Blue film schedule. Enjoy our anniversary exhibition, ReCollections, showcasing the beauty and diversity of artistic talents that are housed in the Beaty Biodiversity Museum and Biodiversity Research Centre.
Groups of 10+ people are asked to fill in a booking form so we can best prepare for your visit. Self-led visits are available by donation per group. Regular fees apply for museum-led programs.
If you can’t be with us in person, we will also celebrate with an Anniversary Livestream at 3:00 pm PDT. Expect a tour of the museum, a view into collections work, interview with curators, Q&A time, and the premiere of our anniversary celebration video. Registration for the Livestream is by donation.
