Special Nocturnal: Takaya – Lone Wolf

In this special Nocturnal, we will be joined by renowned wildlife photographer Cheryl Alexander, to watch her internationally awarded documentary Takaya: Lone Wolf.

Takaya: Lone Wolf, a documentary from The Nature of Things tells the remarkable story of a solitary wolf living against the odds and his close bond with renowned wildlife photographer Cheryl Alexander.

A series of captivating photos of Takaya and other artifacts will also be on display showing Alexander’s relationship with this rare and unique creature!

The screening will start at 6:00 pm, and the museum will stay open until 8:30 pm. Admission is by donation and all ages are welcome!

  • 7:00 pm: Half Hour Highlight Museum tour

Cheryl Alexander is an environmentalist and conservation photographer based in Victoria, B.C. Her work is focused on WILDERNESS, increasing awareness of the natural world and encouraging a sustainable human relationship with the earth.
