Join us for an immersive evening of rare tea tasting, curated small bites, and a fascinating exploration of the diverse organisms involved in the making of tea. From the cultivated plants to the microbial communities that shape flavour, this is a unique opportunity to discover the hidden biodiversity behind every cup.
