Spring Break: Let’s Study Plants!

Discover the plant biodiversity outside of the Beaty Museum by searching for plants, measuring their traits, and estimating their abundance with your own study transects! Help Nathalie, a UBC Postdoctoral Fellow, to set up this mini-field survey and learn how ecologists use these methods to study the effects of climate change on plant communities.

*This activity takes place outside, please dress accordingly.
